| FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee Program |
The Bank of Mansfield is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program.
Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest bearing transaction accounts
and NOW accounts with interest rates of .50% or lower are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for
the entire amount in the account.
Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from
the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

All Direct Deposits - No Charge for Preauthorized ETF's.

We do charge $15.00 for each stop payment order for preauthorized transfers.

There is no charge for ATM withdrawls at machines owned by us.
There is a $2.00 charge for each ATM withdrawl at all other ATM's.
There is a Replacement Card Fee of $5.00 per card.
